J'ai découvert cette adresse grâce à une vidéo d'une passionnée de nourriture, Ellabongout. ✨✨

J'ai choisi une formule brunch ("Le bon brunch"), disponible uniquement le week-end, qui comprend une boisson chaude et froide, ainsi qu'un plat salé et sucré. Pour le plat salé, j'ai opté pour des œufs bénédictes. Ils étaient simples mais délicieux, avec un œuf poché parfaitement cuit qui coulait magnifiquement, du pain croustillant, et du bacon (vous pouvez choisir un autre accompagnement si vous préférez). 🥚🥓

Pour le plat sucré, j'ai choisi un pain perdu à l'arôme crêpe Suzette et caramel vanille (d'autres saveurs sont également disponibles). À l'odeur, il sentait merveilleusement bon. L'extérieur était croustillant tandis que l'intérieur était moelleux. Le goût de l'arôme était bien présent et vraiment agréable, et la crème avait une saveur d'orange qui se mariait parfaitement avec le pain perdu. J'ai beaucoup aimé la présentation, qui mettait bien en valeur le dessert. Le mélange du caramel vanille et de l'arôme Suzette m'a agréablement surpris. 🍞🍊

Pour la boisson froide, j'ai choisi un jus de pamplemousse, qui était frais et non acide, ce qui était ma principale crainte. 🍊

Pour la boisson chaude, j'ai pris un iced latte, très rafraîchissant, avec une amertume de café bien présente. Si vous n'aimez pas l'amertume, je ne vous le recommande pas. ☕️

Enfin, je me suis laissé tenter par leur gâteau du jour, qui était soit un marbré au citron, soit un carrot cake. J'ai décidé de suivre le conseil du chef et de prendre le carrot cake fait maison. Franchement, il était simple mais délicieux, avec un bon goût de cannelle qui offrait une agréable odeur au gâteau. 🥕🍰

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié mon brunch dans cet hôtel. Cependant, je pense qu'une seule boisson suffirait et qu'il serait mieux de la remplacer par un plat supplémentaire. Le personnel était souriant et très convivial. Le cadre est cosy, avec une décoration à la fois vintage et moderne. La salle est très lumineuse par beau temps, comme le jour où je suis venu."

It’s a cute place even if the portions are small. It’s a shame the waitress was so unpleasant. She huffed and pulled faces at us, firstly because my friend took too long to place her order, secondly because her chair was in the way when she wanted to pass, thirdly because my friend tried to pay with cash when she had already (without asking) put the amount in the card machine, and fourthly because I tried to pay with a restaurant ticket card.
