Be careful — this restaurant and its waiters might try to scam you with a “new bill format.” We visited this place three days in a row and ordered the exact same items each time: duck (€24), Caesar salad (€19), and 1L of water (€7) — totaling €50. On the third day, the waiter brought the card terminal and asked for €55 — without providing a printed bill. After paying, we insisted on a receipt, which he finally brought — but it didn’t include any itemized breakdown. When we asked for clarification, he disappeared for a few minutes and came back saying “someone at the register made a mistake,” and handed us a proper receipt with the correct total (€50). It felt very shady and left a bad impression. It’s clear they try this trick on tourists, so double-check your bill before paying.

This place was next to our hotel. So we ended up going there twice, for lunch and dinner. It's nice and cozy, good atmosphere, and the food was delicious. There was a big difference between the staff at lunch and dinner time. At lunch they were very friendly and efficient, even though the restaurant was full. At dinner time they were slow and messed up one order, and the restaurant was half-empty, at around 21h30. Overall, both experiences were good.

My experience in this place was disappointing. I had to go to the bar to order dessert and pay the bill because our waitress was too busy to care about us. I have rated two stars this place due to several issues: I received a 50ml beer instead of 25ml, a café crème instead of a caffe latte. ( it’s not the same). But what I really didn't appreciate and what was the main reason of note, it was when I questioned the colour of my peach ice cream, the waitress visibly irritated, showed me the box to prove her point, instead of simply explaining the variations in fruit colours. That was rude and unnecessary. Communication was severely lacking, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed despite my effort to point out errors in the bill ( the dessert and ice cream have been forgotten and not included in our bill). In Paris, where restaurants with good food are everywhere, it's often the service that makes the difference. Even though the manager and some staff tried to rectify the situation, my negative experience left a lasting impact and will not...

Our group of 5 immensely enjoyed our meal here . We were en route to another restaurant when it started down pouring so we decided to try this place out. It turned out to be a wonderful meal. Our peppercorn steak was amazing , duck breast with Chardonnay sauce was delicious. The desserts pain perdu & apple tart were all highly recommended by our friendly and knowledgeable server Seif. He was all smiles, answered all our questions and was just a pleasure to deal with. He really made our meal. He recommended wine that we thoroughly enjoyed and when asked , he didn’t hesitate to write it down for us. Our table also had a lovely view of the Arc de Triomphe. Thank you , Seif for a wonderful experience . We will...
