This is indeed a cozy little restaurant, French cuisine at its best, no tourist trap.

Beef steak, snail stuffed ravioli, raw salmon, saint Pierre fish on black squid ink, all delicious and presented with flair.

A few tips though.

Looking at the many photos others have uploaded, we got the impression that an extensive menu was available.

However, it seems that the menu rotates daily or so, the result being that they have three starter plate, three main dishes and two deserts on any given day.

Everything we had was very good indeed.

Atmosphere was great and I believe we were the only tourists on Christmas Eve.

The wine list was great, no complains there.

Prices were reasonable for such a small place.

I have a couple of recommendations for the very polite waiter though.

First, a menu in English should be available, figuring out a gourmet menu in French is a challenge if you don't speak the language.

Second, steak knives should be offered with steaks. Cutting medium raw cooked inch thick fillets with a butter knife is a pain.

I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys French gourmet...
