Nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire d’un ami. Nous comprenons, car nous sommes également du métier, que les serveurs/barmans doivent fermer le restaurant en temps et en heure. Sauf qu’en général, on prévient les clients quelques temps avant. On vient pas les voir 3 fois en leur aboyant dessus et en les poussant vers la sortie en l’espace d’à peine 30 secondes (si on était tous bourrés j’aurais compris mais en l’occurrence, la plupart d’entre nous ne l’étions pas.) pour ma part, j’ai laissé du pourboire (et pas qu’un peu) mais si j’avais su que je verrais une dizaine de mes amis se faire retirer de force leur boisson des mains qu’ils venaient de payer alors qu’ils n’avaient pas été informés en amont que le restaurant fermait, je n’aurais rien laissé du tout.

Ce qui m’a le plus scotché : un ami a simplement voulu prendre sa boisson à emporter. Il a demander cela le plus poliment du monde. Celui qui pretend être le patron de l’établissement lui a dit qu’il reviendrait avec. Il lui a littéralement fermé le rideau de fer au nez. Il a fallu que la personne qui s’est chargé du nettoyage de la terrasse s’occupe lui-même de réclamer cela. Pour se faire, il a taper sur le rideau de fer pour accéder à la demande de mon ami. Le « patron » est sorti et s’est montré insultant et particulièrement menaçant : il a carrément accusé mon ami d’avoir voulu partir avec le verre alors qu’il n’en avait strictement pas l’intention (histoire de justifier son attitude quoi…)

Bref, pour conclure, une vraie honte…

Je ne mets pas une étoile car l’ambiance, avant tous ces incidents, était plutôt sympas, les prix sont abordables et les autres employés savent faire preuve de patience et de sang froid… mais si vous passez par là, faites attention à l’heure, vous pourriez presque manquer de vous faire taper dessus...

They messed up our order 4 times and did nothing to make up for it, we still had to pay for everything and for extra stuff they brought for fun. The guy at the cashier tried to make me pay for something twice and started threatening, screaming and cussing at me when I explained that there was a mistake and tried to resolve it.
