Intentional scam regarding the happy hour. We arrived around 20h00. There was a sign, next to our table, mentioning that there is happy hour until midnight. We ordered a lot of mojitos. When we went to the counter to pay, the waiter told as that we should know not all of the drinks that we ordered are in happy hour, as it was only until 21h00 (before mentioning anything else, so he was completely aware of the situation). When we pointed at the sign, he showed another sign mentioning that happy hour is until 21h00. He could have at least informed us after 21h00 that what we order from now on it's not in happy hour. He didn't. Obviously. And intentionally. I see in the reviews that there are similar incidents more than a year ago. Obviously it's an intentional...

Mauvaise expérience hier pour un brunch en famille : deux formules sont proposées. Celle à 25 euros (boisson chaude, froide, galette salée, bol muesli ou bol mini pancakes, et crêpe sucrée simple) ou celle à 29euros (boisson chaude, froide, choix entre galette salée ou tartines avocat saumon oeufs, bol muesli ou mini pancakes ou crêpe sucrée simple). Je choisis la seconde, aimant beaucoup les toast saumon avocat, mais me retrouve finalement avec moins de nourriture que la formule moins chère, à 25euros, choisie par mes proches. Les tartines avocat, saumon et oeuf mollet étaient malheureusement froides, les tartines peuvent refroidir rapidement mais l'avocat devait sortir du frigo, tout comme l'œuf qui était étrangement gelé.. 2ème partie sucrée, je choisis le bol de muesli avec fromage frais et caramel au beurre salé et arrive non pas un bol mais un verre. L'ironie est que mes proches sont servis en même temps et on fait le choix d'un bol mini-pancakes avec des fruits et caramel, leur choix a bien la taille d'un bol, le mien est vraiment de tout petite taille. Sans parler du "muesli" qui correspond à 10g de graines de sésame sur le dessus du verre de fromage blanc. Alors que c'est fini pour moi, mes proches ont le droit dans le cadre de leur menu à 25euros à une crêpe sucrée simple. On l'a fait remarquer à la serveuse, pas très chaleureuse, qui "fera remonter" sans nous proposer une crêpe ou autre comme geste commercial. Grande incompréhension au regard de l'inégalité de quantité entre les options pouvant être choisies au sein d'un même menu et entre les deux menus. Bref, c'est dommage et je n'y remettrai...

After having drinks we had to pay half of them according to the "regular" price even though right beside our table this huge mural-like painting on the wall clearly said Happy hour until midnight.
