Merci, on reviendra ! Total success and very good surprise for this little Italian place: authentic and high quality products prepared with talent according to real Italian recipes. Here, no sour cream Carbonara or frozen pizzas: we are talking about guanciale al'lamatriciana or sicilian swordfish cooked to perfection. The products are respected, with no overbearing prétention for tourists with extendable cards: the chef goes to the essentials and it works, rustic classics with a touch of modernity, generous antipasti and delicious desserts that are even more generous (you're fed up with disgusting industrial tiramisu, this one will reconcile you with tiramisu from the first bite)! The team is very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress gave us great advice on Italian wines, without trying to sell us the most expensive ones but trying to go as close as possible to our taste, which is rare and appreciable. With more than affordable prices (dishes between 12 and 20 euros on average), this new address has everything to please! Thanks,...
Read moreMy husband and I dined at La Fabbrica this weekend and it was delicious! It was clear our dishes (the amatriciana and the vongole) were prepared by a proper Italian chef. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Besides the delicious food, Remi and Steffan were gracious hosts, recommending our dishes, attentive to any needs, and very friendly. They more-than-tolerated my terrible French, and we loved joking with them. They made us feel at home! We will not hesitate to return and bring guests. Go there! You won't be disappointed. I'm dreaming of...

The food here is absolutely fantastic and tastes fresh; we got the fried rice balls, lasagna, pama ham and arrabbiatta.
Various options of drinks and food.
Staff; extremely polite and very good at english! Which is helpful because my attempts at french are... questionable. Special mention to the lady who appears to never stop the hard work.
In short, whenever we're back over, you'll definitely...
