Best Croissant in Paris side by side taste test: All those voted "Best" vs La Prestigieuse

While you know who, has been voted best croissant in Paris, but I kept finding the croissants from La Prestigieuse better. So I got up early to get fresh baked croissants from each to compare side-by-side this morning. *Pictured: *removed (google won't let me) is left-top vs La Prestigieuse is right-bottom

... you know who is excellent for sure but smaller & thinner & hollow & seems drier compared to the thicker buttery creaminess of Prestigieuse's more biscuit-blessed richness. I think La Prestigieuse is the best croissant in Paris!

I only had the croissant here but it was probably the “best tasting” croissant I’ve had in Paris. Very buttery tasting and crust was crispy. Purely subjective, of course, having eaten a ton of the stuff during our visit 😊. Definitely worth a try if you’re around the area and love trying...

Ayant une expérience avec de grands moulins, je constate que les viennoiseries proposées sont surgelées et non faites maison, ce qui est décevant non pas pour la qualité en soi, mais pour le manque de transparence et le sentiment de tromperie envers les clients. Les prix, quant à eux, sont exorbitants et ne reflètent pas la qualité offerte. L'accueil par la vendeuse était chaleureux et aimable, mais cela ne compense pas l'attitude désinvolte du monsieur à la caisse. Honnêtement, si je pouvais, je donnerais zéro étoile. Veuillez afficher des prix justes et être honnête sur vos produits. Pour l'instant, je préfère largement acheter au supermarché où je trouve une qualité similaire pour trois fois...
