Waited over 45 minutes for one cafe and one croissant on a not busy Sunday. Reminded the server twice to bring the order. Finally served a mini croissant instead of a normal croissant. Server said it would be charged at price of mini croissant since it was admittedly miniature. Manager tried to charge me the price of a normal croissant when I went to pay. When I tried to explain that his colleague served me a mini croissant he began to get very aggressive and started to mock me, raising his voice, not allowing me to explain anything and cutting me off saying that the problem was now solved since he would (now) charge me for a mini croissant. My boyfriend ordered a coffee at 15:53 and I said Iâll wait to order the happy hour in 7 min. The manager then came to me and said I have to order something NOW and canât wait for me to order. I said itâs in 5 min and my boyfriend already ordered a coffee. He then said I canât just sit there and wait??? 5 min??? Itâs not like we didnât order ANYTHING. Also, the place was practically empty. Go across the street where the people are actually pleasant.
Also this isnât just rude itâs just not smart for business,...
