I stop by to have just a coxinha with my daughter, so she could try something we eat in Brazil. Only one person seems to speak Portuguese, and they just started to set a table like if we asked to have a meal. I left and will never come back.
Wow. Are you calling me a Racist because I complain that only one person speaks Portuguese in a restaurant that advertise to be Brazilian? Good luck with your Legal action.
I arrived in the restaurant with my daughter and was greeted by a man that didn't reply to me a word in Portuguese. The only thing he understood that I said was toilet for my daughter.
The woman that could speak Portuguese took my order. Two coxinhas, one coke and café.
She double-checked if I wanted to have a dish that comes with a salad and coxinhas and I said no.
The man come to the table and set some knife and forks.
After he put a bottle of water that I never requested. Then a second woman tried to put on the table some wine glasses. At this point, I told her that we didn't want a meal. Only what I ordered. She was rude and removed the wine glasses.
Next come the same man and put some bread in the table.
At this point, after be ignored and feeling that only one person could understand me talking only Portuguese, I asked multiple times how much was the coke, no one replied.
I left 10 Euros on the table and left.
The woman that could speak Portuguese tried to say that we misunderstand something.
I have no idea what would be charged in the end if I stayed.
So be aware. This place seems to serve Brazilian food, but you must speak French to...
Read moreI have never wrote a review before, but this time i must do! One of the best restaurant I have been in Paris over the 2 years. And the stuff is just Angeles from haven they really make you feel like you're a guest in their Brazilian home. After all the impoliteness, rude disrespect I have received as a foreigner the past 2 years living in Paris, it was an absolute fresh breath of air and feelingness of safety and welcome. The young waiter (witch i absolutely adored the moment we stepped in), has translated the whole menu for top to toe in English, after noticing that my French in not as perfect. He gave each and one of the costumers equally high attention on every little needs! The portion of food is huge, you don't leave with empty stomach! This restaurant is a love at first site!
I definetally going to bring here my loved ones and family for special occasions for a special experience, I trust this restaurant for such!
Very grateful for everything we got that...
