Petit restaurant dont la spécialité est le Welsh, ce plat typique et gourmand des hauts de France. Nous entrons dans le restaurant et trouvons tout de suite la sympathie du Nord. Des gens très aimables dans un petit endroit chaleureux et bien décoré. Nous commandons un Welsh au jambon. Des odeurs très agréables sortent du four. Le plat arrive enfin, une belle portion dans l assiette avec son œuf au plat. Premier coup de fourchette, le fromage a une très bonne texture et a un très bon goût. La tranche de pain à l air trempé dans la bière comme il faut. Léger regret sur la cuisson des frites qui auraient eu besoin d un deuxième bain.
