Le Gamin Bastille — Restaurant in Paris

I am an American studying abroad in Paris and me and my friends went to this bar last night. It would be a crime to give it anything other than five stars! Michael the bartender was incredibly nice to us and he was very fun to chat with. He let us do a little line dancing and played some 80s music for us, and was just overall very kind and welcoming. I would heavily recommend this bar for American tourists, or any other Americans abroad, because the vibes are amazing and it doesn't feel crazy touristy. The beers are also very cheap and delicious! The friendly and engaging bartender is also the owner. Been here a few times for a whole lot of whiskey that I have never heard of, and many special batches from familiar distilleries. The few hundred bottles which are visible hide two rows of additional whiskey behind them. Prices are really not that bad, especially for Paris. Also, some very nice beers on tap!
