Le vert sauvage — Restaurant in Paris

We had an enjoyable time at the vert sauvage for dinner . The plates are tapas so expect small size but flavorful one like the tataki beef , the creamy burrata and the chicken bao bun . The red fruits tiramisu was a sort of cheese cake in a cup still delicious. As for cocktails , they have a limited cocktail list . The bartender told me no gin basil nor an aperol spritz nor a pina colada so the international basic mixology drinks are not found which is abit disappointing. I really like the place, the concept, the vibes, the decoration. It is really unexpected to see this place in this street. The manager and the waiters are so welcoming and nice, this is not a common thing to find in Paris. We came to this place and we were 4 and the place was full but the waiters and the managers insisted so we stay and wait till a table is ready and they offered us shots while waiting. Went with work colleagues and was surprised by the quality & the portions of the food! Good price for the quality as well. The place is very nice as well very good light and ambiance. For the vegetarian plate: I rarely approve of hoummous and baba ghanouj, it was actually very good to my surprise! Although the mhammara (the syrian dish) wasn’t really called mhammara which I find unfortunate to not keep its original name, but it was very good as well!
