Les Causeurs — Restaurant in Paris

Literally one of THE worst services I’ve ever seen at a restaurant (and I’ve been living in Paris for 3y so I’m talking from a French standard). The staff is EXTREMELY rude and unaccommodating, I ordered something that wasn’t available apparently, instead of informing me they placed an order by themselves for a more expensive dish WITHOUT ASKING and when I asked them they snapped at me that my dish wasn’t available… as if it’s my fault or I was supposed to know that? The bathrooms were disgusting, there were no napkins so when I asked for one just to dry my hands, they told me no. A bloody napkin! I asked again and they kept ignoring me and literally were acting as if I’d asked for free food or something. The atmosphere and food is ok but the service made the whole experience so traumatic id literally...

I went to this bar with some friends after leaving an amazing place called Delaville, in Paris 75002. We arrived and ask for three espresso martinis, our usual drink. My friend’s drink arrived full of ice. We complained and they removed it. The same drinks returned half empty. They immediately wanted us to pay and when my friends complain they ina rude way try to make a statement by bringing the bottle of vodka and poors in yelling in a rude manner. So we finish our drink planning to go right after.. BUT just before leaving finishing our drink I find a piece of broken glass in my mouth!!! At that point I’m here warning people adventuring in this bar. Not to mention the conditions in which the staff and the director seems, like they are consuming something or...

This was the worst service that we encountered on our holiday, I don't know if it's because we are tourists or what but this was the worst waiter I have ever encountered.My wife had an appetizer,and I didn't, he brought my meal out with her appetizer .I was done eating before she got her main.We never saw him again ,I would have ordered another drink, but I couldn't get his attention and he never asked if would additional drinks.I was contemplating a desert but it wasn't worth the effort, so I just asked for the bill, which took ten minutes to see then another ten minutes for the transaction, this guy is a real liability to the success of this business. There are hundreds of options in the area if you're smart...
