I wish I could give 6 stars.
The restaurant is comfortable, intimate, and unpretentious.
The staff are absolute gems. They care about every little detail and are excited when you, as a customer, dig into all the little details the dining experience entails. They are passionate about their seasonal menu, both from a taste experience to the sourcing. Now don't misunderstand, they won't bombard you with the information if you don't want it, but they will absolutely shine with passion if you're inquisitive like I am.
I felt like a welcomed, invited guest in their home.
The food itself is understated in presentation but that's the beauty of it. Simply delicious. Again, don't let that fool you because flavors and aromas are layered into every component. Macaroni and cheese? Unbelievable depth of flavour and perfect texture. In particular, my fish was cooked to perfection (not overcooked at too high temp) and accompanied by a pairing of roasted and pureed seasonal vegetables. The sauce that tied the dish together was absolutely perfect. The best part is that the aromatics brought me back to memories of my time in Asia. The way they had worked with smoked tarragon and the combination infused oils triggered haute cuisine in Asia. Maybe it was a happy accident, but the chefs understand flavor and aroma science so well that they unlock unintended, natural fusion with world cuisine.
I came away feeling so satisfied and like I really had discovered something truly special.
Don't ever lose that special spark you all have, Les Invisibles crew. You've got that magic hospitality in both the front and back of...
Read moreAn amazing dinner – the best in Paris so far! We stumbled upon this place by chance, as it’s close to our hotel, and we decided to try it because of the good reviews. It exceeded our expectations! Every dish was delicious, especially the beef bourguignon, which was outstanding. The gnocchi also unique, with a well-balanced and refined taste. The dishes are a mix of flavors from different regions of France, something really appreciated for someone that wants to taste French cuisine. The owner was very kind and attentive, helping us choose the best options. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about their customers, rather than someone just trying to finish passively their workday. We highly recommend this restaurant. The only small suggestion for improvement would be the ventilation, but this seems to be an issue in many Parisian restaurants. On the plus side, you can enjoy the amazing flavor of the beef bourguignon as you step in which really tempts...
Read moreI dined here twice during a week long visit to Paris in October 2025, once with friends and once on my own. I’m filled with admiration for the team who run this place like a well oiled machine. The food is delicious, simple and unpretentious, highlighting a different region each month. In October the cuisine of Normandy was featured and the dishes reflected the best kind of home style cooking. The youthful staff are warm, kind, and highly competent, and you can witness the tightly choreographed performance of the kitchen team in what looks like a small space. A special shout out to the hard working young man who runs...
