Mon Paris ! — Restaurant in Paris

Sorry, I really wanted this place to be awesome. The service was excellent. The food was a hit or miss. The table bread as indeed hard and tasted like day old bread. For our young children, we ordered the rib eye steak and a hamburger. We asked them to make sure it was medium well. The burger came out wrong and then the new one was bloody and broke into pieces because it was so raw. The rib eye was SO tough that even the steak knife could not cut into it. My son chewed and chewed and chewed. I eventually told him to just eat his fries for dinner. My crispy chicken salad was decent and I was super happy about that. My husband's open faced burger wasn't bad - but for the price, it could have been outstanding. The ambiance of the restaurant is great and it's location is perfect. I would NOT recommend this place if you are coming hungry. But if you want a drink and some little snacks, perfect is this place. Otherwise, go get some cheap good...

The hostess was rude and sent me outside in 40° weather. I waited 40 minutes and then I asked the Hostess if I had to go inside to order she said no no here’s a menu 10 minutes later she asked me what I wanted I ordered the lobster Caesar salad and a bottle of mineral water. After 20 minutes I asked if I could at least have the mineral water and I was brought a bottle of tap water. After that I told her I was going to leave and she said no no your meal is almost ready. When they brought the salad it was mostly white core of the lettuce a piece of lobster and the salad had not been drained and there was more water than there was in my glass. This was the worst restaurant I’ve been to in Paris and I’ve been to several. as I paid my €40 bill and told them how terrible it was they simply said “so sorry”. Do...

I have to say this is not a good dining experience at all for me in Paris. Visiting Paris many times, I always appreciate what French taste and how they choose the food material or say the ingredients.

The bread is not worthy to have a bite. We then had grilled snails and ham with mozzarella as our appetizer. The snails does not surprise me in both good or bad way yet the mozzarella is the worst one I have ever taken in my life. For the main dishes, roasted cod and octopus in linguine are super salty. I can barely taste the original flavor of the them. The linguine itself is really greasy. Last, the decoration is a fusion for bar and the restaurant. It’s a little bit conflicting for me in terms of in a such small place.
