Probably the best banh mi I've ever had. Granted I haven't been to Vietnam but I've had banh mi all over New York City and San Francisco as I'm a huge fan. I still think about this one all the time and I was there over a year ago.

It's not the most traditional in terms of flavor but that doesn't bother me. Taste comes first and the chicken banh mi I had tasted absolutely amazing. I went 2 times in 3 days. The fried garlic/shallots is not traditional but a great addition.

Staff were also very nice even though I only knew basic greetings in French. They didn't seem bothered at all to switch to English. It's a relatively small shop but it has a bathroom and everything was very...

Delicious!

Contrary to what another review said that the bánh mì was "frenchified".. Vietnam was colonized by France. This is very much built like a traditional Vietnamese bánh mì.

I had the bánh mì gà. (chicken banh mi) The bread is delicious, the spicy sauce is delicious, the chicken is phenomenal, and the toppings were surprising to me but very good. I haven't had pickled red cabbage or fried onions in my banh mi before but it was delicious. I wish there was a bit more đó chưa to bring out a bit more sweet and sour flavors but overall, a very nice sandwich.

She big too. Half a...

We stopped by this place yesterday tempted by very positive feedbacks and reviews and the food did not let us down. It was the best tofu we have ever eaten. We both ordered Rice bowls with tofu and it was so delicious. The texture and flavour of tofu was nothing to compare with, tender, juicy, spicy and mushroomy. Absolutely gorgeous. The staff was kind and helpfull, spoke English and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place and trying out their food. Indeed small (petit) but big on flavour and taste which is the dominant heighlight of this place. Stop by and...

A small Vietnamese joint. It looks like a new establishment. The menu is very simple and the order was quick. Sandwich, noodles or rice bowl. And pick your protein - Chicken, beef, veggie or prawns. That’s it. I get an impression that they are optimised for takeaway and delivery service, but they are a few seats too. My veggie sandwich was very good. Filling and refreshing. The combo of avocado, omelette and fried tofu puffs is probably not a traditional Vietnamese way. (Do they even have avocado in Vietnam?) But I liked it a lot.

Let me start off by saying that I had the same favourite banh mi place in Canada for 10+ years... until now. I had the chicken banh mi from here. This is by far the best I've ever had. The bread was chewy and the chicken was cooked and flavoured to perfection. I'm just sad that I am not from Paris, so this place is not easily accessible to me. So not only has my favourite banh mi in Canada been replaced by the one from here, I also won't get to come back here anytime soon. =( Highly recommend!
