Mucha Café — Restaurant in Paris

I visited here about 1 weeks ago. We asked to server that can we change cafe allongé to iced cafe allongé. Then he replied oui.yes. and we asked again. Are they same price (3euro) ? And he also replied yes. Then . Times goes by. We received the bill. And we frightend. Server gave us different menu. 3 - 8.5 euro. He gave us different menu. Of course it was a cold coffee. But we didnt saw that menu and also didnt ordered that menu. We were not good at french so we find to our friends who lives in paris and good at french. And suddenly server stoled my friend's i-phone in the hand and said 'if you pay, i will give u back. You already drunk your coffee. ' We were so angry and embarrassed. At that instant , some man from the store inside came. He didnt seem as a server. I think he was maybe owner. He listend situation and he told us you can go. And finally situation was finished. Why were you did like that? Why did you change the menu like a liar? Because we were asians ? We were not good french speaker? It was worst worst service in my hole life. Reflect...

TASTE (8/10): I had duck, and it was delightful. It's fatty, much like goose meat, so it might be heavy for those who aren't fond of this style, but I enjoyed it. Before the main course, I tried the cheese salad, and despite my usual dislike for it, it was surprisingly good. There were two dessert options; I don't know their names, but the yellow one was delicious :) The other one felt a bit too heavy.

PLACE (9/10): The venue is both tidy and spacious enough for a group.

PRICE (7/10): I didn't pay, so I'm not sure, but I'd guess it's slightly above average.

SERVICE (8/10): Since it was a group meal, dishes came to the table in portions. We didn't wait much.

TREATMENT (9/10): It was quite good. The head waiter was Turkish and very helpful. When I didn't like the dessert I randomly chose, he promptly offered another one as an extra.

CLEANLINESS (9/10): The place was clean and nice.

Were seated at a table and sat and waited over 40 minutes, without them even bringing bread and water like they do for all tables. We had to awkwardly get up and leave at that point because we were so hungry and despite them nodding at us a few times, as if saying they were about to come help us, they did not. The server came, started taking our order, and then left halfway through to go check if they had one of the items we asked for, then never returned to finish taking our order - let alone bring water or bread to at least tide us over while waiting. A few tables who got there 10-20 minutes after us had even been served water, drinks, etc. They were busy, but not so much that they couldn’t help other people??
