Mon Square Restaurant — Restaurant in Paris

Food is very good and the place is marvellous, freshly renovated. However, you have to be a bit on the “alert”. As the waiter tricked us at the beginning of the dinner, saying that they served no “carafe d’eau”, fact that is illegal in France when you are dining at a restaurant. We wanted to enjoy the evening and lacked the motivation to enter into discussions. Hence, we paid for the bottle of water. Only towards the end of the dinner, we remembered that in this place you have to ask for a “glass of water” rather than a “carafe d’eau”. When we saw it happening on other tables, only then the waiter proposed us too. This kind of fast-food chain attitude, trying to squeeze customers to the fullest, is not suited to such a nice environment. Hence, only...

I went here for dinner with a friend recently during our holiday in Paris and had the most wonderful experience. We had a lovely meal outside with one of their cocktails, before moving inside as the evening got cooler and were sat at the bar for hours enjoying cocktails, wine and great conversation with the bartender. Arnold our waiter was very accommodating and welcoming, and Peter behind the bar was very attentive and friendly - great customer service; I was able to practice my French with the staff too which was a nice bonus! I would recommend Mon Square to anyone looking for a slightly expensive dinner (but still good value for the quality) with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff, I'll be going again when I next...

Had a wonderful time, came on my own to read a book and enjoy a drink and ended up staying until closing time.

Staff was really attentive and nice special to the bartenders Mathias and Raphael who really their stuff and served me with delicious cocktails both signature and creations.

My waitress Clementine was amazing, dazzling smile and really fun!

The manager Olivier has a great personality and delightful sense of humor.

Food is good fresh produce and homemade.

The music and ambiance really give this dreamy place a wonderful vibe!
