Once I entered the store, staff were very friendly and welcoming (which is hard to come by in Paris). The staff explained everything in detail what they had in the store. There was a slight issue with credit card however, overall, it was very pleasant experience from start to finish. Something to note about attention to detail: The staff even placed a sticker that indicated which box is which. In addition, there is sheet of non-stick paper in the box that is usually lacking in other store!

Food: the size isn’t as big as other onigiri place but that shouldn’t take away from its very tasteful rice that was very well cooked. They do have vegetarian option but I opted for chicken and salmon that was well seasoned and accompanied by small vegetable mixed into the ingredients. I really like that ingredients were evenly distributed amongst the rice and it reminded me of how my mom used to make it as a child. The side of Tsukemono was also seasoned lightly with nice crunchiness.

I heard that they do change the ingredients weekly, so I am looking forward to tasting new taste...

Super cute onigiri place, very relaxing setting. It is a very new nice alternative to older onigir locations (Omusubi,…). You get a feeling of a some more quality in the onigiris. However, they are definitely smaller and more expensive. What is nice though, is first the taste of the onigiris, and the welcome of the owner that explained that he opened this place after returning from Japan and falling in love with Japanese cuisine and culture. You can buy Japanese products in the shop, however the collection is very small and behind the counter. Go early as good onigiris...

A lovely little shop full of flavour and passion for their craft. The food is magnificent and beats the majority of Japanese shops and even restaurants I have visited; they have a nice selection of many different Onigiris (my personal preference from the four me and my fiancée sampled is the miso grilled shiso, it’s fantastic!) To add to the food, the staff was very friendly, to the point that we had a pleasant conversation partly in my broken French and his flawless English. If you are in Paris, I recommend visiting this little...

beautiful little onigiri shop! we came here 2 days in a row because its just the perfect thing to munch on/ sample if you like variety! we had the umeboshi, yakiniku, karage, tuna mayonnaise, and soba salad. my fav was the karage which is warm hehe the cashier was really sweet! we asked if there were any karage onigiris being prepared as we saw someone working behind and the cashier had communicated that to them to prepare one for us 🩷
