Saw this boulangerie in a YouTube video while looking at how to make croissants. As soon as I saw they made one with raspberry was put on the list to visit since she loves raspberry anything and in a croissant was a no brainer. She got the raspberry croissant and I got the raisin one. It took a bit to get to the raspberry but when she did, wow. The croissant is bigger than the average size and there is quite a bit of raspberry jam in there and from the few bites I was able to get can say it was very good. Mine was also very good, crunchy bowl shaped croissant with a vanilla bean custard with gold raisin filling. Nothing to do with the bakery but I was disappointed I didn’t get to try the purple part on top of the custard(as I was biting it the second time I tilted it and it fell,😭) Will definitely make this a must stop when we visit and highly recommend to try if you are craving something sweet by the...

I ordered the raspberry croissant and a raisintine. Both looked great. The first bite in croissant was amazing, but it went downhill once I got to the raspberry jam centre. It was awful and had a tomato-ey taste. The croissant was also a soggy mess at that point. I have tried croissant variations at different places and they were all disappointing. So make sure to just order the original croissant here. The raisintine is basically a cruffin with a creme patisserie centre and a raisin sweetness on top. Overall It was okay.
