We had been looking for a tapestry for our home, and while in Paris I came across Galerie Jabert when searching online. The store is located in the Village Suisse, which consists of different antique dealers and definitely worth a visit if you are looking for antiques while in Paris and it's conveniently located close to the Eiffel Tower.

Galerie Jabert is located near the back of the Village Suisse and has its fine rugs and tapestries displayed on the walls, so you won't miss it. Upon entering, Maxime was happy to show us Galerie Jabert's tapestry collection and was knowledgeable on the history of each tapestry. The Galerie's collection is impressive and prices range depending on size, quality, and history. After finding the perfect tapestry for our home, Maxime was very helpful in making sure the tapestry shipped without issue back to the United States and he even followed up to confirm it arrived on time and in good condition. I was in Paris searching for a tapestry for Jordan Winery, and I’m so glad to have found Galerie Jabert. Maxime, the owner, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to come back to the gallery to meet with me. The restorer was there working on other pieces both times I visited. They have a very large and diverse collection of antique tapestries.
