I don't recommend this hotel at all! I was robbed from my room ! With all the cash that we have and we called the police and informed them ! They don't even have cameras in the lobby for guests' safety!

In details i went with my husband to have dinner outside the hotel at 6h30. we came back at 12h15. i tried to open the safe, but it gave me an error 3 times . After informing the receptionist, he told me to wait for the hotel director in the morning . In early morning at 8, we called the reception since we were leaving for another country, so we needed our passports urgently. The director came and opened the safe with her keys and gave us the passports and our luggage key but they were no money !!!!! They refused to call the police and they were so sure that we didn't have the time to do anything since we had to leave for the airport. Anyways, we called the police and they came, we told them everything, and we have introduced a legal complaint against the hotel . We want our money back !!! In addition we have booked thru booking.
