On a side street in the 15th arrondissement lies a small unassuming pizzaria. You would hardly notice it if you walked by outside its opening hours, but if you do what i did, and walk past the store on a Friday evening you would see a long line of people waiting in que to order a pizza through the little window. We were intrigued and the next day we went there around midday to reserve a table for the evening, and i am so glad we did, because as we experienced the evening before, this pizzaria is very popular. We had 2 pizzas and the Tiramisu and everything was totally on point. Their pizza style is very much classical napolitanian but done very very well. Their Tiramisu is also very good and you can really taste the mascarpone.
The atmosphere is very cozy but busy. There is only seating space for around 16 people so the majority of the pizzas are sold as takeaway. If you want the true experience i would recommend trying to get a table but you definitely need to reserve it. People who showed up at 19:02 ( two minutes after opening) werent able to get a table.
All in all it was one of the best pizzas i have ever had and definitely the best classical napolitanian...
Read morePizza preferences can be highly subjective, and my experience at a pizzeria with ten friends highlighted this fact. Remarkably, none of us agreed on which pizza was the best, underscoring that my review reflects only my personal opinion. During my visit, I tried two pizzas: the Marinara del Nonno and the Al Pesto. The pesto's flavor was incredibly fresh, and the balance between the sauce, cheese, and toppings was perfect. Beyond the food, the pizzeria's friendly service and inviting atmosphere significantly enhanced the dining experience. I recommend dining in, as the ambiance adds to the enjoyment of the meal, which might not be replicated with...
Read moreAfter eating here, I realize that I have had so much bad pizza in my life. 😭 I came here because the reviews are so good and I was not disappointed. The crust was perfect--thin and soft. I love a good tomato sauce on my pizza and this was everything I could hope for. The cheese was so good and in perfect ratio with the sauce so I could fully appreciate both. Simply perfection in my opinion. ON TOP of the incredible pizza, the people here were incredibly kind and welcoming.
We didn't gave a reservation but they were so nice and fit us in. We arrived right after they opened for dinner at 7. The seating is very limited and there was a crowd outside by the time we were leaving. I recommend getting a reservation or being there when the doors open. A pizza to go would also be a great choice--take it and...
