Perle Noire 🇫🇷 — Restaurant in Paris

I can't comment on the food because we never received our order. We were promptly seated and the restaurant was mostly empty. We ordered and then never saw our waitress for an hour. We thought it seemed like a long wait, but became really suspicious when others were seated and received their food before us. Finally the waitress said our food would be out shortly. After a few more minutes, another waitress (possibly manager) said our order was never placed. Also, they ran out of food even though the people next to us had the same food we ordered. Very unwelcoming staff. We arrived at 9:30pm after have walked for 12 minutes and the staff told us they had no tables available for us. We asked about the ones we saw were empty and the man behind the counter(maybe the owner, manager, chef) told us he was closing that area. They were all rude, the restaurant closes at 12, so we concluded they did not want to serve us and we left, maybe because we were “Americans”,...

Ordered a Monaco, not because i could not drink a plain beer just that i like it. Found a syrup drink instead. Talked to the waitress and she gave me a lesson about how they make the monaco as if I’m dumb. My experience was bad. I wish you would have better one here :) cheers from...
