On December 6th, I had an unfortunate experience at Quick restaurant around 3 pm. My primary concern was the prolonged wait caused by the self-service automated machine, which took an astonishing 15 minutes to pick up the order. The staff's behavior, notably a person in a blue shirt, was disheartening. This staff member loudly attributed delays to customers showing up late, demonstrating a lack of understanding for the international clientele at the Champs-Élysées, one of the world's most touristy places.
Moreover, there was a noticeable language barrier issue. The attempt to communicate via the French language to foreign clients proved ineffective. A multilingual approach or visual aids could significantly improve the situation.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. A basic expectation of any restaurant, particularly in such a prominent location, is a clean and hygienic environment for patrons. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
However, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the security officer who attempted to manage the line effectively, providing a silver lining to an otherwise...

This happened at Quick on the Champs-Élysées (Paris) on July 22, 2025, around 5:20–5:30 PM.
While my friend was ordering food at the counter, I went downstairs to wash my hands — something I always do before eating, especially in public places, because I’m very sensitive to hygiene.
The restrooms were free, but suddenly a security guard — a tall Black man in a dark uniform — approached me in a shockingly rude and aggressive manner. Without speaking English, he demanded that I leave the restroom area (maybe even the restaurant — it wasn’t clear) because I didn’t have a receipt on me. My friend was still upstairs at the counter.
But the issue wasn’t the receipt — it was his demeanor. He was incredibly disrespectful, loud, and even laid hands on me. It felt humiliating and completely unjustified. I have video evidence of the way I was treated.
As a tourist, I was shocked. This wasn’t about rules — it was about pure rudeness and lack of basic respect. No customer should be treated this way, ever. It completely ruined my evening in Paris.
Avoid this place. There are far better options on the...
Read moreI wish I know his name, very rude and racist waiter. I felt very cold so I wanted to warm myself with tea here. But when I entered he brought me to the table in front of the door in fact the vinyl where you should confront wind always. I asked him to move me to the table in the other side, as I felt very cold. But he said the table is for four people, where there are two small tables that can be moved little bit to make space. Then when French customer came, he took her to the same seat I requested, even though she was alone. I ordered tea, and he throw the coaster that was almost dropped from the table. Then I asked him some tissue, he said we can’t give you tissue. Wth. Well tea was expensive, I don’t care about the money much. But I paid cash. He needs to give some coin change. But he again throw the coins to me. Like throw it to trash can. WTH. I mostly give tips although I’m not that satisfied. But well I of course didn’t give tips. This is first time I didn’t give tips in restaurant. You should educate the waiters. I travelled most of Europe, this is first time I was treated this way. He...
