Celebrating our daughters 1st birthday we were walking down the avenue - we had an appointment at another jewelry house. It was not a particularly bad experience but a bit cold and aloof - as we left this store, a little disappointed, we thought to check Bulgari. We walked in and met Eva - our sales guide. We had no intention of buying anything but she took such time and effort with us we began to really enjoy the experience, truly it was genuine care! I go to enough of these places with my wife to know the difference :)

They had exactly what we were looking for and were a breath of fresh air compared to the other high end stores we had experienced moments earlier.
