The owner was only staff taking orders and food was slow. Each diner must order a main, but given I ordered 2 starters and a dessert, not to mention drinks, I had hope there would be some flexibility. Perhaps its language but telling me its "obligatory" in a tone that made me feel unwelcomed is not the only way to convey the message. A table next to me had 4 Korean guys who wanted draft beer, which the owner acknowledged, but proceeded to bring bottled instead... perhaps it is indeed communications.    Read moreI came to Paris with my wife for our anniversary and stayed at SOHOHOUSE. We were looking for a good steak and open table had many good reviews so we decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. As expected for such a high price.
The price was unreasonable on almost all products, notably 6 euros for a supermarket tea, 8 euros for a bottle water and any starters being well over 16 euros.
The only thing that really soured our experience was the service and specifically the owner. Very sorrowful for such a...
