What works really well very very original and delicious dishes great execution of the menu and an overall cohérence
What falls short to be perfect expérience took 15 minutes between the time we arrived and to actually have a first person talking to us to order so it took overall 20-25 minutes to get first bite from arrival. In my opinion this is too long the menu has unbelievably good dishes but unfortunately had really 3 éléments falling short.: the very first bite of noodle was honestly tasteless and you expect a boom on your first bite, the saint jacques tartare despite being beautiful was not Amazing and to finish we got served an avarage and not original bibimbap. I am happy to get classic Korean dishes but since the overall expérience you expect original or a twist on such the wine pairing was for me the most disapointing.
