What's THE thing that can make you say NO to gelato 🍨? Too sweet? Sounds like a good reason. Melts too fast? Nah... Artificial flavors? That's definitely not ok. 👎 But for me, the worst thing that can happen to ice cream is ice chunks in the cream. That's a show stopper for me. 🛑 Unfortunately that's what I found in the cream from Sucre Glace. That's a pity cause their ratings were good, the flavors I tried (hazelnut and caramel) were great and the texture was fine (even though the cream melted quite fast, but the temperature that day was just crazy, 35ºC). But yeah, ice chunks... 😔 I guess that was just a hiccup but that's what I experienced that day. 🤷 There's no sitting inside or outside, but the place is located right on Canal Saint-Martin, so you can find plenty of lovely spots to sit along the canal. 🤩 That cream was quite pricey (€4.2 for the small one, €5.5 for the medium) and the sizes aren't clear cause we ordered a small cone and still paid the price of the medium format. 🫤 The scoops are rather small, btw. Probably worth another try next time I'm in Paris 🇫🇷 cause I'm sure I was unlucky with the ice chunks. . . . Quality & taste: 7/10 Quantities: 6/10 Atmosphere: n/a Originality: 7/10 Ratio price / quality: 6/10 Service: n/a How I felt...

The sorbet at this place is brilliant, it’s rich, silky and utterly delicious. I’m not a fan of sorbet but after eating at this place, I am in love!

The owner is highly specialized in the world of gelato. He acquired his skills through his hard work in Italy and now he is here in france selling his unique delicious flavours to the public. What a great act of public service.

Do yourself a favour and eat here immediately. Grab a couple of scoops and head to the canal which is literally 5 steps away.

It might come off as pricey but it’s hundred percent worth it! His sorbets are RICH and full of flavour. You can tell there is no compromise on the quality! You are paying for a great quality sorbet and quality is everything!

My fav: the raspberry tarragon! Amongst...

This is not a review on the quality of ice cream. I've rarely written any negative reviews but this evening was really hurtful and disappointing for me and my partner. We went into this empty shop within the opening hours. The staff was having a moment with her lover by the door so we gave them a moment. When we went in, we apologized interrupting their interaction indirectly and she just totally gave us a blank face as if we shouldn't have even been there, so we left. I honestly wish she wasn't having a bad day or just hating on us foreigners trying to get ice cream. Won't ever plan on going to this chain or...
