Long Review, but I wanted to share my amazing experience here! I have been in Paris a few times now and everytime I come back here, I just have to eat at Supreme Durum at least once! The service and staff are very welcoming and kindhearted people. I was very hesitant to try a new Kebab place in Paris, because I haven't made many good experiences Till now, but this place overcame all my expectations. First of all to the atmosphere of the restaurant, it has an amazing turkish vibe and especially if you are a turkish tourist lost in a big city like Paris, you will feel at home here. I love their decorations, pictures and the whole ambiente of the restaurant, especially if you know about older turkish artists, you will love it here. It really gives it a good turkish touch. Now I will get to the food and the taste. I have tried almost every Durum on their menu and also a Pide and the Lahmacun a few times now. The meat of the Durum is very well spiced and really tender. I enjoyed every bite of every Durum. I love the freshness of the ingredients and garnishes. They do not just put simple onions inside, they even "spice" up their onions for example and it doesn't taste just like plain salad put inside of your Durum. Their Durums are never dry, because they soak the lavash on the juices of the meat and even put a bit of the meats juices on top of it, while also "grilling" the bread, so it does not dry out. I really love their way of preparing it and I'd miss out on not eating one, while being in Paris. The Pide and Lahmacun Master is really skilled and really puts lots of effort into fulfilling his art. They look really appetizing and they also put enough toppings on them making them even more delicious. Last but not least, the generosity of the owner and chefs there. They always welcome you with a smile and you can have a good conversations with them. They even remembered my face, even though I have not been here for a few months now. It has really become one of my most favourite restaurant here in Paris. So if you are searching for the most amazing grilled kebab place of Paris, I'd highly recommend this restaurant and if you just want to have a quick snack, you should not walk past this place without trying it, it is definetely worth...
