Je me faisais une joie de commander chez Sushi Pacha après avoir lu plusieurs commentaires positifs mais quelle ne fût pas ma surprise en goûtant aux plats : la sauce salée ressemble plus à du maggi qu'à de la sauce soja japonaise, je n'ai même pas osé goûter la sauce sucrée de peur de tomber sur une autre "surprise". Les brochettes boeuf-fromage étaient dures à mâcher et au goût, j'en ai connus des bien meilleures. Les makis faisaient "cheap", que ce soit au goût ou à l'aspect, les ingrédients n'allaient pas ensemble et l'un d'eux avait franchement un goût de pourri. J'avais jamais recraché de sushi de ma vie pour être honnête, mais là c'était trop et je ne voulais pas prendre le risque de tomber malade. Les sashimi étaient tout aussi cheap que les makis, coupés n'importe comment en tranches fines et fendues, et bien sûr, le tout disposé de façon à ce que ça donne l'impression qu'on en a eu pour son argent. En parlant d'argent, je trouve ça cher pour ce que c'est, surtout que pour le même prix dans un autre restaurant on peut avoir un menu complet (plat avec 2 accompagnements soupe/salade/riz au choix) et ça peu importe le menu alors que chez eux, certains menus n'ont qu'un seul accompagnement ! Revenons au poisson : celui-ci avait une "odeur" et un "goût" et je ne parle pas du goût qu'a normalement un poisson... J'ai été trop dégoûtée pour réussir à tout finir. En revanche, le riz était très bon. Livraison en 30-45 minutes comme indiqué lors de la prise de commande, donc à ce niveau rien à redire.
