Shameful Treatment of Staff Ruins the Experience
I’ve had bad meals before, but this experience left me truly uncomfortable and disappointed—not just because of the mediocre food and rude service, but because of how the staff are treated.
From the moment we sat down, the waiter made it clear we were an inconvenience. Questions about the menu were met with sighs and dismissive responses, and it took half an hour just to get a glass of water. The food itself was forgettable: overcooked meat with a greasy, tasteless sauce and pasta that was cold and gluey.
What really shocked me, though, was witnessing an ugly altercation between a manager and one of the servers. The manager—whose name I believe was Lisa, as I overheard someone say it—was yelling aggressively in front of customers, humiliating the staff member while the rest of the team scrambled around, clearly stressed and uncomfortable. It was honestly hard to watch. If this is how they treat their employees in public, I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors.
It’s no wonder the service was so poor—the staff seem overworked, undervalued, and demoralized. Nobody can provide good hospitality in an environment like that.

This is, by far, the worst restaurant experience I’ve had, and I am not picky. We were a big group having business dinner. The service was non-existing, we had fetch water, wine, bread etc ourselves if we wanted as nothing came to the table. The food was thrown out on the table in big bowls without anything to serve ourselves with. All dishes were absolutely tasteless, I have no idea what is was supposed to be. I think everyone in the group went home hungry and deeply fascinated by the experience. If anything good, we had least had an experience to talk about...
