I don’t know if the other diners like the food or not but I’m not recommending this restaurant. To start, the waiter took my order and the wife was not ready. He said he’d be right back. He brought out our capuccino and walked away. It was warm but not hot and served in a glass. About 5 minutes later another waiter brought me my dinner and walked away. I started and noticed that the mussels were cold. The fries were hot. The flavor was good and I figured it was a French way of serving this dish. I was half way done and flagged the waiter down and told him that the other guy never took my wife’s order and asked if the mussels were supposed to be served cold. He offered to take the mussels back but I told him I already ate half of them. They brought my wife Caesar salad and the dressing was not Caesar. Called the waiter again we told him to get our check without the salad as she was not eating it. Manager came out and we agreed to have another salad brought out with the dressing on the side. They brought it out and it was still not Cesar dressing. It had a buttery flavor to it and not the mustard flavor it supposed to have. After this we tried to get their attention several times before the waiter decided to come over so we could pay and get out.

I recently visited Bistrot and here's my take on the experience: Exterior (4/5): The restaurant boasts an inviting exterior, with attention to detail that enhances the overall appeal. A promising start to the dining experience. Interior (3/5): While the interior is comfortable, I found it to be average. There's room for improvement in creating a more distinctive and memorable atmosphere. Food (3/5): The menu offered a variety, but the food quality was average. It left me hoping for a more delightful culinary experience. In summary, Bistrot has the potential for greatness, especially with its appealing exterior. However, enhancing both the interior ambiance and food quality could elevate the overall dining experience. I look forward to seeing how the restaurant evolves in the future.

Absolutely one of my favorite places we ate during our European 2023 vacation! The food was delicious without being too pricey, best coffee we tried while in Paris, and the stew was amazing. The atmosphere was lovely. We knew a little French, and the waiter met us halfway without any trouble -- they were friendly and polite, and helped translate any parts we asked for clarity with on the menu. We sat down for a quiet dinner after a visit to the Notre Dame cathedral, it was right at sunset. The weather was perfect, late summer/early autumn feeling (after some morning rain), and they left their doors open to let in the breeze. A cat wandered in at one point, seemed very friendly with all the customers and employees. It felt idyllic.

It's a shame we can not rate this place with 0 star. I will never go back there again if there is the only open place (fortunately there are loads of bars, restaurants and coffee shops open too) and will say to everybody that this is not at all a place with good food, reasonable prices and good service. The toilets are very dirty, the waiters make fun of the customers when they leave (and sometimes even in front of the customer with a very heavy and often disrespectful humor), there is no kindness and they press you to eat and pay without even say "thank you" or "goodbye". I was served a stale meat and when I told this to the waiter, he told me that "the meat was like that". Basically they sell you things that are out of date and do not even accept that you say they are wrong. I paid 52 euros in all and I did not enjoy my meal at all, I had to go to another restaurant just after to have a decent meal without calling the cops. For a small glass of orange juice, I paid 6 euros, better to go elsewhere. Very bad experience that neither me nor my many knowledge will have more because I will not recommend this place absolutely. No matter if you are a rick and good looking person, they are horrible and do not deserve to have a place in the heart of...

Customer Service is very weak. The Resturent had 5 customers only and I standed there alone waiting for someone to look at me and give me a table. The Resturent was 70% empty so I went myself and chose a table. After waiting for 15 minutes, no one arrived to give us any cutlery or menu, or even clean the table which was filled with cigarettes. I cleaned the table myself and removed the cigarettes then went and got the menu from the cashier with some napkins. After additional 10 minutes still no one took the order so I went myself to the kitchen and asked to place the order. After 40 minutes of hunger, the order arrived and the plate was missing spices and salt. I was doing all the service myself even the cleaning because no one bothered to come and check. Even I looked at the 3 tables near our table and they had the same experience and seemed bothered also. The owner must know about this because I am sure than he is not aware. If the employees are not comfortable then they need to increase the salaries because it seems that the employees are not comfortable with their salary. Most of the time when the service is bad it is because...
