During our recent trip to Paris, we had the pleasure of dining at Welcome India, a gem that truly exceeded our expectations. After experiencing rather bland Indian cuisine at several restaurants throughout Europe, we were pleasantly surprised by the vibrant flavors and authenticity of the dishes here.

The restaurant boasted a vast seating area that created a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A generous spread of vegetarian Indian dishes lined the buffet, showcasing a variety of colorful curries, fragrant biryanis, and an assortment of fresh salads. The tantalizing aroma wafting through the air made our mouths water in anticipation.

Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted us and promptly served us refreshing mango drinks, which perfectly complemented the spicy flavors we were about to indulge in. Throughout our meal, the staff remained attentive and courteous, ensuring that we had everything we needed and checking in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our experience.

The food itself was nothing short of exquisite. Each dish was freshly prepared, bursting with bold spices that were both appetizing and superb in taste. I particularly appreciated how the flavors were authentic yet crafted to appeal to both Indian and international palates. It was clear that a lot of care went into each plate.

While the restaurant was bustling, and the restrooms experienced some wear from the crowd, I found that they had put extra effort into maintaining cleanliness, which left a positive impression. Overall, my visit to Welcome India was a delightful culinary journey, marked by exceptional hospitality and delicious food that truly captured the essence of Indian cuisine. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return on...

I Frankly cannot judge them on their à la carte menu food quality as i was on a trip to Paris and has a buffet dinner. The Dal was decent, Paneer dish was very bland basically no great taste ir flavours. The chicken curry that looked like butter Chicken was nothing close to one in taste. So basically what ever chicken curry it was. With bones that is. Was ok would rate it a 6.5 out 10. The lamb curry with bones was good the quality of meat was 9.5 the curry was also good would ratevit an 8. Could taste much better. Rice was good. ROTIS were served fresh but were completely of Maida. The salad was fresh and decent Raita was very basic ok not bad. But the sho stopper was Methi Mutter Malai. 9.5 for it over. Great flavour, taste consistency everything was good about it. At the end a small wati of kheer was also 7 outbof 10. The owner or manager lady looked very friendly staff needs to take a leadbfrom her. The bathroom innone of the restaurant is in basement with a very narrow way. The ambience of the restaurant overall is pretty...

Welcome India is an Oasis for Indian Travellers to Paris. It is an excellent restaurant where they offer Buffet Meals to Visiting Indian Groups also besides regular walk ins. The food variety includes Roti, Punjabi Vegetables along with Paneer Preparations. They also offer regular veggies such as beans, Chhole, etc. Rice preparations are nice along with Dal which is excellent. They also offer Non Veg delicacies such as Chicken Biryani, etc. Believe me the Chicken Biryani they offer is no less than any tasty biryani in India considering other options available here. Overall an excellent experience, very polite staff and managers. Very friendly, they understand the requirements of Indian Visitors. Very Tasty Indian Food! Should try but especially for...

During our Europe tour with MakeMyTrip, we had dinner at Welcome India Restaurant, located on a bustling street in Paris. The area was lively, and the restaurant quickly became crowded as we arrived—clearly a popular spot. The buffet offered only a few selections, mostly vegetarian, with just one meat dish. However, everything we tried was delicious, showcasing authentic Indian flavors. While the variety was limited, the quality of food made up for it. The staff was very attentive and ensured that every dish was refilled promptly, maintaining a good dining experience despite the crowd. Though there are other nearby restaurants with more diverse options, Welcome India is still worth visiting if you're looking to enjoy tasty Indian cuisine in the heart of Paris.

This Indian restaurant near Montparnasse is a favourite with tour groups. The owners are always there to oversee the food and seating and ensure that you are well fed. They have a buffet lunch and dinner and the food is very authentic Indian Punjabi style cuisine. They have a seating capacity of 150+ people and its always full. Menu can be catered to your clients needs - Jain, vegetarian, swaminarayan, non veg. The Indian desserts are delicious especially the mango lassi. Restrooms are 3 ladies and 2 gents. Coach drop and pick up is permitted.
