During our recent trip to Paris, we had the pleasure of dining at Welcome India, a gem that truly exceeded our expectations. After experiencing rather bland Indian cuisine at several restaurants throughout Europe, we were pleasantly surprised by the vibrant flavors and authenticity of the dishes here.
The restaurant boasted a vast seating area that created a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A generous spread of vegetarian Indian dishes lined the buffet, showcasing a variety of colorful curries, fragrant biryanis, and an assortment of fresh salads. The tantalizing aroma wafting through the air made our mouths water in anticipation.
Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted us and promptly served us refreshing mango drinks, which perfectly complemented the spicy flavors we were about to indulge in. Throughout our meal, the staff remained attentive and courteous, ensuring that we had everything we needed and checking in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our experience.
The food itself was nothing short of exquisite. Each dish was freshly prepared, bursting with bold spices that were both appetizing and superb in taste. I particularly appreciated how the flavors were authentic yet crafted to appeal to both Indian and international palates. It was clear that a lot of care went into each plate.
While the restaurant was bustling, and the restrooms experienced some wear from the crowd, I found that they had put extra effort into maintaining cleanliness, which left a positive impression. Overall, my visit to Welcome India was a delightful culinary journey, marked by exceptional hospitality and delicious food that truly captured the essence of Indian cuisine. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return on...
