Avoid at all costs 👀 Remarkably disorganized and dishonest. I love supporting small businesses, as a business owner myself. But it is inconceivable this place has more than a star — it must be thanks to other staff I did not encounter. Update in response to the owner: The booking I made was for two services, including a "Réflexologie faciale et crânienne NUAD HUA" which the masseuse categorically said she couldn't do completely and offered to do my shoulders instead...The management of this massage business emailed me and asked here in the reply for a positive correction...while simultaneously alleging that I'm falsifying this information. No way! Folks, avoid at all costs, especially if you're a visitor or a foreigner. You can read on for the saga 🤷🏻‍♀️

The owner would be incentivized to publicly respond, and that's fine. The critical issue is that he wasn't there, and I was extremely uncomfortable with how forceful that masseuse was that I pay for a service that I wouldn't get. If you call handing me a towel and telling me to undress for a foot massage (!!), there's no remedy for incompetence. Professional courtesy is an international language...but let's not have all of Thai culture shoulder this misunderstanding. I've never encountered this anywhere else and I've worked in Thailand. Really felt taken advantage of — but sure, chalk it up to me being a visitor and an English speaker 🙈

When I arrived the masseuse on duty was unprepared even though she had my booking details on the screen. She told me she wouldn't be able to do the facial massage I had booked, but she could do feet and shoulders. I told her it would be fine to do just the foot massage. Then she said I'd still have to pay for the facial because I booked it! 🤣🤌🏼 Despite the fact that she wouldn't provide it and would substitute shoulders instead...because she specializes in body. I understand mistakes happen with online bookings, but she offered me a service which I never asked for. I didn't want to begin without understanding pricing. When I asked to confirm the price because the services she was offering were different from the ones I'd booked, she said I'd have to pay the same amount. I asked her to clarify 3 times and then she said I would have to pay the same despite not getting the service I asked for. Glad I walked out before the massage started. She was literally trying to get me to pay for a service I wouldn't get, and had the gall to be upset when I refused. And the service hadn't begun 👀...

I got the 1h Thai oil massage and I do not recommend it. From the very beginning it was clear that the masseuse did not know the pressure points and the anatomy of the body, and was applying pressure at ineffective areas, sometimes even on bones. The angle of the neck stretch was not proper and with more force it would have led to discomfort. I have never been in a massage where I was concerned about physical injury - and this was a light touch one with oil - and where I was looking forward for it to be over.

I am very disappointed to leave this review because everybody was rating them so high, but I booked a Thai couple massage for 90 minutes for over €200, and it was subpar at best. My partner had a completely different Massage with traditional Thai stretching and even hot stones, and I received none of that. There was no depth in the technique, it felt very lazy, and they constantly kept leaving the room during the treatment for periods of 3 to 5 minutes at a time. overall we were very disappointed in general.
