🚨 Avoid This Disappointing Restaurant at All Costs 🚨
We recently dined at the Wild & The Moon, for lunch (n° 110), my wife and me, and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. We ordered a Cheese burger BIG WILD with its coleslaw, and their BLT sandwich, expecting a satisfying meal, but what we received was far from acceptable!
Firstly, the burger and the BLT's bun arrived ice cold, giving off the unmistakable vibe that they had been lazily reheated in a microwave. The taste confirmed our suspicions – bland, rubbery, and utterly devoid of any freshness. It was a sorry excuse for a burger.
To add insult to injury, the coleslaw served alongside the burger was nothing short of revolting. Not only did it have a suspiciously off-color, but it also tasted stale and past its prime. As a vegan, I appreciate the effort to provide plant-based options, but serving outdated and unappetizing coleslaw is simply unacceptable.
Despite the friendly staff, it's clear that the true measure of any restaurant lies in the quality of its food. And in the case of the Wild & The Moon, it falls woefully short. No amount of pleasant service can compensate for the dismal quality of the food.
In addition to the quality of the food, I must also highlight the severe consequences my dining companions and I faced after consuming our meals. Shortly after leaving, we all experienced symptoms of food poisoning, including vomiting and acute diarrhea 🤢🤮🥵
It was a distressing and unpleasant ordeal that further underscored the complete disregard for food safety and hygiene practices at this restaurant. This experience only solidifies my recommendation to avoid this establishment at all costs.
In conclusion, I urge anyone considering dining at the Wild & The Moon to steer clear. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere. There are plenty of establishments in Paris that offer far superior meals at comparable prices if not lower. Don't waste your time & money on this unprofessional and subpar...
Read morePlease turn down the music. We spend 800+ euros a month at your locations and I can no longer eat inside (or outside now that you've taken the outdoor chairs away in all but one location).
When I walk 35 minutes across town to eat vegan, gluten-free food, and I feel like I’m sitting in the middle of a nightclub with loud gangster rap (love being called a MF hoe in the music), and I can’t even hear my partner talk at 4 PM in the afternoon on a Sunday, we leave.
The atmosphere you’re creating is so incongruent with the vibe you are trying to portray. In a world full of noise, it would be wonderful just to be able to have a meal with my partner that is calm where we can hear each other talk and not have our nervous system’s totally disturbed. You can’t even enjoy your food. The music is so loud consistently in almost all of the locations.
You have to choose whether you are a café or are you a club because your very young employees are killing the vibe for most of the people who can afford to eat at your restaurant every day like we do, spending €800+ a month. We don’t bring our computers for four hours; we come to spend money with our family, and you’re driving us away.
Please stop letting 21-year-old employees pick the music and crank it up. You're losing more than just...
Read moreI had lunch here today, the vegan options were great! I was very optimistic. Ordered the pastrami toasted sandwich It came out cold in the middle and not even toasted on the outside it was just bread (a sandwich) I took it back and asked for it to be warmed up/ toasted and it came back black on one side and still bread on the other. Anyway it tasted good and with limited options in Paris I ordered them again on uber eats with the addition of a toasted cheese. I also asked in notes for it to be hot inside and crispy outside (cooked like a toasted sandwich should be?) you’d think goes without saying! Received the delivery - both sandwiches are cold, not cut in half, not toasted at all and the pastrami sandwich was completely missing cheese though it had enough weird mayo sauce in it for at least 10 sandwiches but not spread out at all just in the middle of the bread (photo pictured is after I spread the mayo around one part) there’s enough mayo in this one sandwich to start your own mayo shop! Omg I’m losing my mind in Paris the one vegan shop I thought I could rely on makes me want to go home immediately. I’d be so embarrassed to own this shop. Sorry. Just do better and vegans...
