Wokantine — Restaurant in Paris

We ordered woks and my friend found a black hair in his bowl(we are all blond so it wasn't our). We didn't want to finish it because it wasn't the best, watery without taste and vegetables and meat were barely in there. I don't know why it has high reviews but it's not worth entering at all

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben die Wokantine auf Google gefunden mit sehr guten Bewertungen. Ein Gast schrieb „macht süchtig“ und das stimmt. Die Wokantine hat ein tolles Konzept, es gibt keine Speisekarte, sondern ein Auswahlblatt in französisch oder auf der Rückseite in englisch siehe Foto. Hier kann man aus 7 Grundangeboten wählen, z.B: Thai Nudel, Nudel mit Ei, Nudel Udon, Reisnudel, Jasmin Reis. Diese Basis kann man dann ergänzen mit 15 weiteren Modulen z.B. Huhn, Crevetten, Champions usw. Die nächste Auswahl hat 6 Versionen z.B. Erdnüsse, Zwiebel usw. Zum Schluß noch die Wahl zwischen 8 Soßen. Zusammen gibt das, mehrere Tausend Versionen für sein Essen. Wer damit überfordert ist hat zwei Möglichkeiten, vorne gibt es eine Kühltheke in der man sich alles ansehe kann, sehr lecker anzusehen macht richtig Appetit. Oder man Fragt die sehr nette Chefin die kann alles genau erklären und Zusammenstellungen empfehlen, dann bekommt man noch eine ausführliche und sehr lustige Einweisung wie man mit Stäbchen ist. Man macht seine Kreuzchen auf dem Bestellblatt und schon geht es los. Die Chefin füllt eine Essensschale mit dem Gewählten, immer die gleiche Menge dank Messchöpfer ergänzt die Bestellung mit der Basis also Nudel usw. und gibt das Ganze zu Ihrem Mann, der das dann im Wok sofort zubereitet. Bei all dem kann man zusehen und es läuft einem schon das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Wenige Minuten später steht es dampfend vor einem auf dem Tisch. Jetzt sieht das Ganze noch besser aus und schmeckt fantastisch. Diese unscheinbare Essensschale hat es in sich, man ißt und ißt und es wird nicht weniger. Endlich unten angekommen ist man richtig satt, ohne Völlegefühl einfach super. Das ganze Restaurant ist sehr sauber und bezahlbar ist das Ganze auch noch (siehe Foto der Rechnung für 4 Personen). Diese Idee ist so klasse, das ganze Personal super freundlich, das mußten wir am nächsten Tag gleich nochmal ausprobieren und wieder, einfach nur gut. Schade das es 800 km bis zur Wokantine sind. PS. Man bekommt natürlich auch eine Gabel, wenn man den Überredenskünsten der Chefin wieder steht und doch nicht mit Stäbchen...

Paying 6€ for 2 pieces of veggies I call that a tourist scam… Got a simple wok with 4 Veggies for 18€ 😳 for the same thing I usually 12€ 13€ maximum. Avoid this place if you want to eat good food.
