Why eat Italian when you’re in Reims? Because of this place! Very delicious Neapolitan style pizza! We had the diavola and it was delicious! But what really stood out was an AMAZING calzone! We had the calzone with jamon and ricotta - it was DREAMY. We also had our favorite Italian rose - a chiaretto from Bardolino near Lake Garda - which is very difficult to find in the US since the grapes only grow on the east side of the lake. The only disappointing thing was that we saw the owners give every other table a limoncello drink when they went up to pay (we watched 4 tables go up to pay and they all received it). My husband was super excited because he loves limoncello. But when we went up - no limoncello. Even though we ordered a pizza, a calzone, a full bottle of wine, two desserts, two coffees, and a large bottle of sparkling water. I also ordered fully in French…I know my French isn’t the best, but I always try to order in French and they didn’t need to ask any questions or switch to English so it’s at a minimum understandable. In general, I feel that most restaurants in France I’ve been to appreciate the attempt - and in many places we’ve been to in the countryside, the restaurant staff don’t speak any English - and I manage to get by. The only reason I can think of not getting offered the limoncello is because we are American tourists. If that’s the reason, it’s quite disappointing. When we travel to Italy, they always appreciate that we order in our (limited) Italian - and we often get offered a post dinner limoncello or glass of wine, and owners will often come over to chat with us because they appreciate that we order in Italian. Alas, despite these owners speaking Italian, they did not show the same warmth and friendliness we receive in Italy. Despite this disappointment, the food was delicious!

Small family run pizzeria offering authentic Italian pizzas and other simple pasta dishes etc. Small dining room to front and another in covered courtyard to the rear. Everything is fairly basic but the quality of the food is very good and the price is reasonable. Ask for the chilli oil to add an extra depth of flavour to the food. We went on a Monday evening and it was full which is a good sign.

Loved the food here! Went for a Sunday lunch and got a seat right away. The order was served within 20mins which was quick considering the place was pretty full. The decor is quirky. The pasta and the pizza were both delicious. We also tried the tiramisu which was phenomenal. Must check out the place if in the area

Waited over an hour for the main course. People who arrived long after we did even got their desserts. After 1 bottle of wine i asked if our food was still coming. The waiter seemed surprised that we didnt get our food yet, altough he was walking around serving other people the entire time. No “sorry for the delay” or anything… A simple sorry or a free limoncello or something would...
