Hanoi Délices — Restaurant in Rouen

We were on a trip in Rouen and we got super hungry around 6pm when all the French restaurants were still closed. So we came across this super cute Vietnamese restaurant close to the city center and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food is. The pho has the best beef I have ever had in any pho before, and the soup is also super tasty in a very natural way (no additives like some other places). The ladies who work at the restaurant are also super nice and friendly, speak very good English, just a very nice experience overall. If I ever come here again, I will definitely remember to come...

The young lady behind the counter was very helpful. Agreeing to cook the beef fully.

Pho was very fragrant and a good portion.

The only improvement I would suggest are an increase in condiments. Fish sauce and lots of spicy sauce are always my preference.

Great Vietnamese restaurant with a good selection of delicate foods options. Besides they also have a large variety of bubble teas. The staff was super friendly. Food was great!
