Le Passenger — Restaurant in Saint-Malo

Le Passenger is the perfect restaurant for dinner. I celebrated with my family the birthday of my aunt here and we really enjoyed the entire experience.

The concept of the restaurant is unique, we were involved in the entire process, we had to cook fish/meat on a high temperature plate. The result was absolutely DELICIOUS🤤.

The atmosphere was great, staff was kind, funny and they even helped us to prepare a surprise for her birthday at dessert.

Amazing host and plenty of food, but I was hoping to have some good French wine on my last day and they only served wines from other countries. The main chicken dish was good, but their desserts were pretty plan. I got the Pink Lady and my husband got the brownie. the pink lady was just vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, which was less that what I was expecting. We really enjoyed this place! The food was excellent, the tastes interesting and varied with different spices used on the meats. A different concept to most restaurants, here you cook your own meats, which have been marinated in various spices, on hot stones. It's a lot of fun and very tasty!
