thank you for going into details, that makes feedback more valuable. In fact, I'd like to underline my first feedback by completing your statements. There weren't just oysters, but also vin rosé, vin blanc and one piece of chocolate cake. That last one, instead of coming with an intensive and juicy chocolate consistency, it tasted dry/powdery and seemed a bit uninspired to us. Refering to your service the day before, we wished you offered us anything more than just the harsh info that the kitchen was closed, no sorry included. There are restaurants and bistros, which would offer a cold dessert / a drink at the bar instead or would anticipate reservation for the next day.

But again, I gave 3 out of 5 stars, that's no nothing. Wine, food and service we experienced weren't just worth four or five stars. Nonetheless, we like the sustainable idea of elaborating regional and fresh products and your interior atmosphere teases us. With our next stay at Saint Malo, we'd love to follow your invitation to get a wider range of your menu.

A simply beautiful restaurant. This is the sort of restaurant where you instantly feel comfortable and relaxed.

The menu is relatively short, but includes beautifully cooked and presented dishes using locally sourced ingredients. The wine list is varied, but affordable, with a great selection of spirits if you fancy them.

Service is engaging and friendly. Indeed, the proprietor who served us was ultra friendly and a joy to chat with.

To cap it all, there are locally created art works around the restaurant that we really appreciated and chatted to the boss about (the rock stars picture with Jim Morrison was brilliant - I have to get one!). It all adds to the unpretentious and relaxed ambiance. Excellent.

I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant...

We booked a holiday appartement directly above it and took our first dinner there yesterday... Wow! Breton products cooked in an exciting and tasteful way... the owner was eager to answer any questions you could possibly have regarding the regional products! If you're into Whisky just try the Breton brand for dessert and let it be accompanied with the cheese...
