“We were a group of three and took a space meant for two people. We ordered two drinks, but the staff rudely insisted that because there were three of us, we had to order three drinks. Their behavior was unprofessional, and the way they addressed us was inappropriate for customer service. Very disappointing experience.” , he is very rude.

“We understand your drink policy, which is why we agreed to it. However, one of our friends wasn’t feeling well and didn’t order anything. Also, the seating was only comfortable for two people, not three, even though we sat. While we respect your rules, we didn’t notice the sign as we were focused on the menu. You could have mentioned it when we entered since we’re not familiar with your place. Additionally, your approach toward customers could be improved. Instead of debating with us, a more courteous attitude would help. Telling me to order an espresso or something else felt inappropriate. Laura and Tom are amazingly friendly and kind hosts that were able to create La Maison Soa in their image.

The place is gorgeous, confortable, with great books and magazines (tattoo-related, cycling and photography, etc) to go through while enjoying a real spicy Chai latte, a delicious coffee and some tasty pastries.

A door at the back leads you to the tattoo studio where you can get the chance to get some of Laura's art.

She's extremely commited, very gentle and caring, passionate about her projects and very open to her clients' input and needs. I would not recommand her enough, would it be for your first or hundredth tattoo.

Maison SOA is a home that you can borrow when you need to warm your heart a little. It feels like taking a break from the real world. The owners are so kind and so professional, they made the place with everything they have and everything they are, you can be sure about that. Linseï is incredibly talented and Tom knows so much about specialty coffee, I learned a lot just watching him work and talking to him.
