I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Picobello restaurant that left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacked any sense of ambiance or charm. The decor was outdated and tired, giving the impression that little effort had been put into creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The service was equally disappointing. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when needed. It took an unreasonably long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. When it did finally arrive, it was lukewarm and lacked any flavor or finesse.
Speaking of the food, it was nothing short of a culinary disaster. The pasta was overcooked and mushy, drowning in a bland and watery sauce that lacked any depth or complexity. It was clear that the kitchen had little regard for quality or presentation.
To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the low-quality food and lackluster experience. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the subpar quality of the dishes and the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The lack of ambiance, poor service, and abysmal food make it a dreadful choice for anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable dining experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a truly satisfying...
Read moreIt was my first year anniversary so my husband and I decided to enjoy some Italian food. Unfortunately the service was horrible. They were rude and inconsiderate. We spoke little French so we were able to communicate but they were rude. It made us uncomfortable so we decided to cancel our order but they practically yelled at us and said that we either sit and eat it or pay for it and go. So we asked them to pack our food and we would eat it by the river. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The level of disrespect shocked us. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the lasagna was mushy. It tasted like lasagna but everything was mixed together. I felt like I was drinking the lasagna. Would...
