I had a terrible experience with the train ticket seller on 8/9/2022. The ticket seller •was rude •was aggressive •was a racist •had no respect to customers Photo of my train ticket and the ticket seller are added below.

He banged the train door of my compartment after I said no to move to the front row to accommodate another couple. I was willing to sit tight besides my husband to accommodate another person but he forcefully asked me to move. After the ride, I called him to apologise for his rude and aggressive behaviour. He ended up getting more emotional and aggressive to me, my husband and my friend. He also did not treat me the same as other western looking customers. I felt because of my Asian appearance, he treated me very lightly and irrespectively. May I ask the petite train company to either train him for better customer service or else be removed...

It's a thing that we do in every city we visit. Good way to sè what's around and pick your favorites for closer looks. It was comfortable, the head set was good and they had good information for the sightseeing. Only when you get close to the intersection you will barely hear it from the traffic noise. The ticket was 9 euros for adults. You pay on the spot, cash or card. There are 2 routes, we picked the 45 minutes (Blue on their map) one and we enjoyed it. Right at the cathedral, the pickup...

There are two different trains from both sides of the cathedral. One offers the short tour around "La petite France", another, the longer one - around Neustadt and Europaviertel. It is worth it to take the both but if you don't have time I recommend the longer trip (the side of the cathedral where the tower is which you can decent). You can always walk around la petite France or take a boat trip but the longer tour takes you really...

quickly jumped on the train ride which we do in many cities and find it a great value as you get to see the city quickly. Unfortunately there are 2 routes to choose and in my opinion this one was VERY boring. It was in the newer part of town versus the old town. Not a lot of exciting venues to look at. My suggestion try the old town. Leaves every half hour for 9 euros right beside the cathedral.
