If you want a good cup of coffee, do not come here.
I see that the owner reads the reviews, so I hope that they read this and change their practices. I am a manager of a specialty coffee shop and there are quite a few corrections that could be implemented immediately for a much better quality product; this is free advice, please take it:
use the metal steaming pitcher for steaming milk, not for espresso. Using a glass cup to steam milk will eventually result in an injury to one of your employees, and it also makes it incredibly difficult for the customer to enjoy a hot beverage as the cup is too hot to pick up. To this end, I would also recommend using one of your beautiful mugs to serve hot drinks.
speaking of your mugs, I also noticed many espresso cups that would be perfect for dosing espresso instead of the milk pitcher.
espresso must be firmly tamped before putting the portafilter into the group head, otherwise it results in watery espresso. Weighing the grounds (18-19 grams generally, we wonât get into how to dial in) also helps ensure a better shot
add air with the steam wand before fully plunging it into the milk. If the milk is screaming, youâre doing it wrong. There are lots of incredibly helpful youtube tutorials that will explain it better than I can type out here. I recommend James Hoffmanâs video
It is my most sincere hope that you take this constructive criticism and seek out even more specialty coffee education to provide a quality product to your customers and avoid future injury to your employees (at the very least please please stop steaming milk in...

This old guy got upset because I asked him to warm-up my sandwich, (something so simple) and it got worse once I asked him if he spoke some english (in a very polite way) ~ the old guy started giving me an attitude (perhaps because I'm an american tourist whose french is very limited?). A good attitude can...

Lights was turned off before I could finish my expresso (half am hour before the cafeteria is due close). Price is very reasonable for this location. There are cafes along this street that provides far...
