What are you doing? Work? Recreation? Exercise? Relaxation? Well, now is the time to take a break. So head out of the apartment and direct your feet to Café Brulé. You might be looking for the healthiest lunch, the most indulgent yet nourishing snack, or maybe even Breakfast for Dinner. Well, Café Brulé has it all. Located a forty five second walk from a playground, it is good. We ordered Chai lattes, savory pancakes, sweet pancakes, a coffee, a cinnamon scroll, a granola bowl, and a bissap drink with mint and lemon. The bissap drink had ice and was ⭐⭐⭐⭐. The savory pancakes had a super fancy tofu scramble on top with veggies and thick, indulgent pancakes. The sweet pancakes had vegan whipped cream and you can order for a small extra amount fresh fruit. Chai lattes were spicy and coffee free and just spot on. 💯 And wow so 👌 . amazing vegan place 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 the food is really exceptional, creative and super tasty! the ingredients they use are always fresh and of high quality, they change the menu from time to time and i was never disappointed! it’s one of the rare vegan places in toulouse where you can be sure, that EVERYTHING is vegan! the waiters are always nice and fast, and big plus: the toilette is clean and there is always toilette paper😂 great place for vegan people and also for non vegan people! btw: the plates are huge for that price (compared to other places in toulouse it’s even a bit cheap, which i don’t understand because the quality and experience is waaaaay better than in a lot of other places in toulouse). i’m very happy about this...

"good luck finding gluten free and dairy free restaurants in France" is what I was continuously told. And yes, we did struggle to find them but what I say Cafe Brulé was a haven, I mean, it was paradise for me!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The food was nice! We had the gluten-free pancakes and they were nicely soft, warm and yummy! Paired nicely with a chai latte. I got greedy and ordered the cheesecake, which wasn't my favourite, the thick layer of citrus on top was a bit strong.

The environment is nice and cosy. Outdoor seating is for large groups, indoor seating was a bit tight.

I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for...
