I’ll preface this towards an English speaking audience, as I’m not so familiar with the ins-and-outs of French cuisine.
This is a place for delicious and varied tastes. Not a full scale kitchen operation - it’s more for charcuterie and excellent wine.

First of all, one of the co-owners, Marc, has roots in Corsica, and he provides Corsican charcuterie which is delightfully different from the usual French varieties. There are plenty of fine and rare Corsican wines to accompany the food (other wines and spirits are available as well). Just ask Marc for his recommendations. But what really makes this spot so special is the delightful and very companionable atmosphere it offers. Marc is a superb and very friendly host while Sylvie, Marc's partner, presides over the front of the house with considerable personal charm and great competence. Thanks to Marc and Sylvie and the ambiance they have created, La Cave Se Ribiffe is a wonderful place to make connections, meet new friends, and unwind after a long day. It is a place for community as well as food and drink. New arrivals and expats will appreciate the chance to connect here with the locals while savoring great food and wines. Very highly...
