Le Panache — Restaurant in Toulouse

Although they seem friendly and nice when entering and allowed us to bring our dog with us, the service was very lacking and disappointing as they only pretended to care about the service. When we said we didn’t speak French we they started talking in English or Spanish, yet gave us the menu in French with no option of translation. As I am someone with nut allergies, I wanted to make it clear that I couldn’t eat nuts, but after a misunderstanding in translation, I was still given food with nuts in top. Once we spoke to the waitress about this and got clarified the translation miss understanding, she did nothing about it so my girlfriend had to eat both plates of starters. Then as they now knew what I was allergic to, one would think the main course would be without nuts, yet on top of the ribs there was again sprinkled nuts on one of the plates, while the other had hints of some small nut pieces that I had to scrape of the food, and be very careful with what parts I chose to eat. I have been here a few times. The waitress is pretty friendly, she is the gem of this little place. So apparently, the chef got his training from a 1 star Michelin restaurant here in Toulouse and opened his own restaurant that is Le Panache. So when I first came here, I had high expectations. I had the lobster dish last March, it was real good but it was the vibe of Élodie that brought me back.

The last time I went was a couple of weeks ago, we had the veal and the fish. For a big foodie, it’s a strong 3. I gave 4 stars for the staff and vibe of the place. The interior is chic, if you’re like an Ibiza Fckboy wanting to low key impress your date but nothing formal, you take her here. They even play cheesy pop upbeat songs to go w ur Dubaifckboy vibes. All good. lol. The price commands that of a Michelin rated resto. A small plate would cost around 30€. If you’re a man, definitely order appetizers or tapas as one plate will not suffice you. J'ai eu l'occasion de dîner au restaurant Le Panache à Toulouse. et je dois dire que j'ai été absolument conquis. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et conviviale, et le personnel est très attentionné.

La carte est courte mais de grande qualité, et les plats sont préparés avec des produits frais et de saison. En plat principal, j'ai choisi les ribs de porc (désossé, un véritable plaisir) , accompagné de frites et d'une sauce légèrement pimenté. Pour le dessert, j'ai opté pour le snickers du panache vous ne pouvez pas quitter le restaurant sans avoir goûté à ce dessert.

une très sympathique sommelières sera présente pour vous guider dans vos choix de vin ce qui est à noté et qui se fait rare.
