SAJ & CO (France) — Restaurant in Toulouse

Was planning to eat here but was totally put off by the condescending attitude of the staff. I actually felt quite humiliated and walked out. A pity because I imagine the food would have been nice.

EDIT: In response to your reply, the problem is not that only students with a student card can have a student menu. The problem is that you don't make this clear on the menu and your staff member gave me a dirty look and a nasty attitude when I asked for it. It was so easy just to say "I'm sorry, but the student menu is only for students with a card" and I would have ordered something else. A little bit of customer service goes a long way, but if you want to treat tourists like dirt, then I wish...

Has nothing to do with Lebanese specialities. The fetouche has no pomegranate melosses, full of olives and water. the bread is so thick.. the drinks are served in cans in times of Corona... we asked for plastic glasses and we were served so late .. the old man , served 2 people who came after us and let us wait. The waiter, served the food in different table where we ve been. the service is far from been Lebanese, the Lebanese are people who serve with great smile and hospitality and professionalism... this establishment is not Lebanese and not offering Lebanese specialities, something similar to Mexican wraps with No spices. Wonderful people!! Ziad the owner and his children are wonderful generous and super friendly people. Real cool Lebanese French mix. The place is super clean, modern new deco with nice lighting bulbs. two floors, with AC, and outdoor seating for friends gathering the prices are very budget friendly.
