first of all, i love mcdonalds! but this time it was the most horrible experience ever.
security guy said to take away the food, but we already ordered to eat in. the time was 23:35. we thought ok, wanted to ask to take away when they prepare it for us. they’ve prepared and brought to us food, and the worker was like 🙄🙄🙄 and security huy was also like 🙄🙄🙄 so i decided to eat in, time was 23:45.
we’ve finished fast and went out like 23:59, and the security guy said “I TOULD YOU TO TAKE AWAY” very rudely.
we even collected the garbage. never i’ve experienced such a bad attitude towards me in mcdonald.
there were plenty of people that came after us and ordered dine in, but yet we were the people they’ve asked to leave
also, restaurant workers overall in georgia are very rude, i don’t know why. i’ve been in russia, germany, and other “rude” countries and yet georgia is the top-1 on the list of rudeness towards asian people. i think...
Read moreMcDonald’s, do better seriously. I went through the drive-thru around 1 or 2 a.m., and what I got was absolute garbage. The nuggets were hard as a rock, obviously reheated and dried out instead of fresh. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve gotten undercooked nuggets before, raw in the middle, and even found bone pieces. How do you screw up nuggets this bad, this often? And the fries? Don’t even get me started. Sometimes they’re cold like they’ve been sitting there for hours, sometimes they’re hard, sometimes completely unsalted — and every now and then, they’re just straight-up disgusting. It’s like nobody back there even cares what they’re handing to people. This is McDonald’s — one of the biggest fast food chains in the world — and somehow you’re consistently serving food that’s worse than a microwave dinner. I’m genuinely grossed out and done wasting my money here. Unacceptable...

When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was the manager. Then, her friend magically appeared to cover for her bad behavior by saying it was company policy. Both employees refused to give me their names, which made me even more angry.
This is unacceptable behavior, especially from customer service employees. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant and will never...
